if you wish to sell stock to us you must be able, if asked, to show identification. this is irrespective of whether you have sold here before, or are registered on our computer system. we are required by both the police and the inland revenue to have this proof for every transaction. suitable identification consists of an official proof of address. this can be a recent services bill, a bank statement, driving licence, rent book or tenancy agreement. we then also require either photo id (passport or student / work id) or proof of your signature (bank card / credit card). you must be able to produce two forms of official identification. this has been our policy since march 1997

we are under no obligation to purchase all stock offered to us. we do not buy or exchange stock after 6pm. we suggest that if you are selling specialist music you should phone first to ensure there is a buyer for that genre on that day.

we guarantee all purchases of vinyl, cd, dvd or video. if your purchase is faulty please return it as soon as possible with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. we are unable to give cash refunds unless you produce a cash receipt.
