Trading terms
Your statutory rights are not affected
Guarantees
Reckless guarantees all stock for a period of 3 months from the date of
delivery. We will give a full and prompt refund on any item which is not in
the condition stated at point of sale. We will also refund the postage
costs of any faulty goods bought from us, the refund to include both the
delivery costs and the return carriage. Please notify us by one of the
contact methods described below if you are unhappy with any item you have
received from us.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund for
any of the items you have purchased, please contact us within 7 working
days of receiving the item. Our shop opening hours are 10.00 a.m. to 7.00
p.m. Monday to Sunday. Our Internet/Mail Order office is open Monday to
Friday 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Please return the item in the original
packaging. We will refund the cost of the return postage. A credit for
cancelled items will be made using the original payment method within 30
days of cancellation.
Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged then please notify us within 7 working days. We
will refund the cost of the item, delivery and return postage.
Complaints procedure
Please contact Reckless by email should you have any reason to complain
about our order fulfillment or customer service. Complaints will be
acknowledged within 3 working days and will be thoroughly investigated
within 7 working days. If you are not entirely happy with the way your
complaint has been dealt with, please notify us so that we may have the
opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Payment Methods
You can use our online order form to place your order direct. Your account
is debited when your order is filled and a confirmation email will be sent
to you. Reckless has a limited quantity of any item in stock, often only
holding one copy of a title. We will, however, make every endeavour to fill
your order.
You can also place your order by telephone direct to our internet & mail

Pricing
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT @
17.5%. A receipt showing a full breakdown of item prices and postage &
packaging costs will be posted to you with your delivery.
Delivery Lead Times
Orders are processed within 3 days of receipt and dispatched within 7
working days.
Delivery Methods
All items posted in the United Kingdom are sent 1st Class Recorded
Delivery. All international orders are sent via airmail.
Other delivery methods can be arranged.
